The agency is creating the “Tous Mousquetaires” campaign to launch the largest inclusive communication campaign in France. A massive campaign around a firm conviction: the diversity of employees is an asset for the company and allows it to increase its performance.

The challenge

In 2021, the Groupement des Mousquetaires launched a new inclusive dynamic for its 150,000 employees called “Handi’Mousquetaires.” The objective of this program is to recruit and maintain the employment of people with disabilities.
